Customer Support / Success Specialist

Due to recent growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join our team on a hourly contract basis.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership and guide our social presence, to educate and promote CB to both current and potential customers.

Craftybase is an inventory and bookkeeping solution focussed on the specific needs of small, independent handmade sellers. We're a small, nimble company working remotely across the globe and our mission is to help small makers achieve big things. We're a long standing, stable and proudly independently profitable company that believes in growing a business sustainably and responsibly. To do this, we aim to build products that stand the test of time and serve a real need and purpose - we don't do "growth hacking" or buzzwords here!

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on a daily basis (blog posts, case studies and more)
  • Create engaging graphics in Canva appropriate to each social channel
  • Take ownership of our content scheduling to optimise engagement
  • Monitor metrics from social channels to improve our reach and engagement
  • Ensure the Craftybase brand is consistently represented
  • Suggest and implement interesting and creative new ways to reach our audiences on social

You are someone who has:

  • Knowledge of online marketing channels, and understand the appropriate use of each
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • A good eye for design and typography
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics
  • Experience in Buffer for scheduling posts
  • Experience with Canva

It would be a bonus if you also

  • Are a Craftybase user, or sell handmade products that you create
  • Have experience working in a remote team
