Inventory, bookkeeping and business success topics for makers.
We’ve just released the ability to copy from your variations using the Copy Recipe tool. What this means is that you’ll now find that you can select the project and also the variation attributes for the variation you wish to copy the recipe from - perfect for situations where you have lots of similar recipes to create across variations.
Another little enhancement we’ve added this week is the ability to edit a material’s quantity in a recipe. Previously, to modify the quantity of a material you had to remove and then re-add the material, so this should hopefully be a much faster and simpler process for everyone.
This was another suggestion implemented as a result of the ideas we have received via the new footer feedback area - if you have any thoughts please get in touch and we’ll be happy to add them to our list for consideration!
We have a great enhancement to Manufactures that we have launched today: you can now add or remove to your batch recipes as much as you like per manufacture. This essentially means that you can use your Batch Recipe as your base recipe, and then configure variations and changes to it per batch you create.
